I was sitting in the back of this taxi that was taking me to Bangkok, a three hours drive to get there. The aircondition in the car was making it very nice to sit and relax during the drive. I was looking outside and changing sides and suddenly I saw all of these triangles. Between my leg, my arm and body and fingers and just like that the idea to turn these relaxt triangles into a painting was born. Also painted on a canvas that requires no frame around it.
The same relaxation.
Two streams of some sort of liquid pouring out of my fingers are a wink to Salvador Dalí.

Abstract painting in watercolor and oilpaint on canvas. The abstract background is mainly painted in watercolor with the figurative leg and arm painted in oilpaint.
Have a look at the ‘making of’ of this painting on my youtube channel.
