I am very much inspired by waterlilies in all their appearances. The floating of the lilies with the strong contrast of the colorfull petals of the flower with the dark green leaves lying on the water. Floating on the dark water where maybe a stem can be seen.

When I start looking at the color of a petal I quicly start seeing so much values of this color. And when I start to examine it very closely, than the strangest shades of this color apear. I start seeing all kind of greys that I really wonder if I am right.
